FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes.  We have an open gym program for those who wish to just use the gym.  If you have a Team Training, Semi-Private Training, or Personal Training program, open gym is is included in your current membership fee.

  • Monday – Thursday: 5 AM – 9 PM
  • Friday: 5 AM – 8 PM
  • Saturday: 7 AM – 3 PM
  • Sunday: 8 AM – 3 PM

All our classes are taught by personal trainers.  If you wish to have 1 on 1 coaching, please stop by the Front Desk and a team member will assist you.

Yes. Parking is available in front of the gym.  During week days, parking passes are available for free at the front desk.

You may book a class through our website in the member login.  In addition, we have mobile apps available on both Android and Apple.

Guests are welcome to attend class if space is available.   Please call the club in advance so we can reserve your guests spot.

At Urban Athlete there is never any long term commitments; cancellation fees; or enrollment fees.  If you wish to cancel or change your program, please stop by the Front Desk and they will process the cancellation.  All cancellations are effective the day you process it with the Front Desk.
