Nelle Lawrence

MANAGING PARTNER

Nelle is a graduate of The National Personal Training Institute in Dallas Texas. In addition to her collegiate education, she is also certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine for personal training.  In addition she is certified in Functional Movement Screenings (FMS), TRX, RealRyder Cycling, and has completed one hundred hours in basic nutrition.

LEAD FITNESS COACH

Grant has been a personal trainer for 12 years and a gymnastics coach for 11 years. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, TRX certified instructor, Functional Movement Screening (FMS) certified, and a Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Mike Pileczka

Fitness Coach

Mike has a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology, is accredited by the American College of Sports Medicine, and by the National Association of Sports Medicine as a Corrective Exercise Specialist.  Mike has been a personal trainer in the Chicago area for past three years and has been a snowboard instructor for ten years.  Through this training experience he has developed a genuine love for teaching and passing on the knowledge that he possesses.

Jamison is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and a Level 1 certified Ice Chamber Kettlebell Instructor.  Jamison has been an athlete for over fifteen years playing soccer, hockey, lacrosse, and swimming which have all influenced his style of training that focuses on weight management, muscular endurance, muscular hypertrophy, and agility.
