Cardio, Strength and Core in one class. Run, jump, squat, crawl and whatever we can think of to whip you into shape. Urban CSC is designed to jump start your fitness program. It is a great way to explore new and fun equipment while learning basic exercise techniques all while getting a fat scorching workout. No two sessions are ever the same!

Urban Attack – A high energy, calorie-consuming athletic workout that will push you past the limit with strong, simple moves and pumping music. This class consists of 2 rounds of 15 exercises performed back to back with minimal rest, — a session guaranteed to take no prisoners.

*There is a lot of jumping involved in this class, those with knee problems should probably sit this one out.

Skill Level: Intermediate

Thursday – 12:00 pm

Urban Power – Focuses on muscle building at its most fundamental level. Each class will focus on 3 to 4 muscle groups with a 3 to 4 exercise giant set per group. A perfect pairing with Urban In10sity, this class is great option if you are looking to gain strength and build muscle mass. Come test your strength with us today!

Urban Energy – Join us for a 45 minute non-stop strength workout. Urban Energy combines compound strength moves and cardio combinations in order to build muscle while torching calories. This high intensity workout will keep you sweating from beginning to end!

Urban Grind – Get into the Grind!! This core workout consists of 3 rounds of core based exercises. Grind focuses not only on strengthening your abdominal but also strengthening the low and mid back as well as the the glutes and hamstrings. A strong foundation is the most important element in proper exercise technique and execution, make sure yours is ROCK SOLID!

Tuesday – 8:00 pm

Urban Chaos is designed for the person who wants to be challenged mentally as well as physically! It is challenging workout combining weights and floor exercise in crazy combinations sure to keep your heart pumping for a full 45 minutes. This is not a beginner workout. Individuals with limitations should call the club prior to enrolling.

Urban IN10SITY – Strength workout focusing on slow eccentric (negative) movements using weights. If you’re looking to gain muscle tone / volume, this is your team training class!!!

Skill Level: All

Thursday – 6:00 am

Urban Tabata – Tabata interval is a high intensity interval training protocol originally created by Japanese researcher Dr. Izumi Tabata. Each Tabata interval consists of 20 seconds of high intensity (as hard as you can go) exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. This is repeated for eight rounds, totaling four minutes time.

Urban Chisel – Chisel uses functional movement exercises at a relatively high intensity to develop strength, endurance, balance, coordination and agility. Cardio intervals may often be interspersed to increase the burn. The exercises performed use a variety of tools – hand weights, kettle bells, medicine balls and your own body weight for resistance – just to name a few.

Urban Pilates – The Pilates method, as it is now known, is an exercise system focused on improving flexibility, strength, and body awareness, without necessarily building bulk. The method is a series of controlled movements performed on specially designed spring-resistant exercise apparatus (the Reformer, the Cadillac, the Spine Corrector, the Ladder Barrel, and the Wunda Chair) or on the floor (mat work), and the sessions are supervised by specially trained instructors. Pilates is resistance exercise, not aerobic (cardio), although the heart rate will certainly rise for a deconditioned individual. However, pilate’s is closer to weight lifting than it is to jogging, biking, or other aerobic activities. You should consider it resistance exercise.

Urban Tactical – Designed around real-world first responder and military tactical scenarios, Urban Tactical is based on simultaneous active and static movements, as well as high intensity exercises. This advanced tram training class uses a combination of body, partner, conventional and unconventional weights in order to take advantage of increases in functional strength, agility, balance, and endurance.

Urban Fit30 – Fit30 is an intense full body circuit that allows for a total body workout in a very short amount of time. This circuit style workout consists of five exercises performed for a minute at a time with one minute rest between exercises. This is a high intensity workout designed to push you to your limits!

Open to members only who are on the unlimited team training programs and one-on-one coaching programs.

*Not recommended for individuals with injuries

Premium Group Training Class

Urban TRX – Urban TRX Cardio Blast is a great way to build strength in a fun full suspension enviornment mixed with a cardio circuit. TRX suspension training enables simultaneous strength, balance, core, and stability training that can be quickly and easily adjusted to every fitness level, this workout is great for the beginner all the way up to the most advanced athlete. Taught by a certified TRX instructor, join us today for a new challenging team training!

Open to members only who are on the unlimited team training programs and one-on-one coaching programs.

Premium Group Training Class

Urban Flow – More than just Yoga.  Urban Flow is our twist on yoga.  Free weights are added to the yoga class sequence, creating resistance and intensifying each pose. Strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep curls and tricep curls are incorporated to build lean muscle mass. You will see visible results in your body.

Skill Level: Beginner

Urban Burn  – Combines the fat burning benefits of high intensity interval training with the strength building benefits of traditional weight lifting. This class is broken up into three parts: Round one: high intensity circuit training, round two: weights, round 3: a final round of circuits. This combination helps shred fat while building strength.  Come out and experience this fun, fast paced new workout!

Skill Level: Intermediate

Tuesday – 7:00 pm

Urban Elements – Entry level course designed to teach proper weightlifting technique and core activation. This class is recommended to anyone who has never lifted weights or is new to the world of group exercise.  The course will cover basic squat, lunge, rowing and pressing form as well as proper core activation techniques. Urban Elements is slow and deliberate, your Fitness Coach will work with each person in the class to make sure that a movement is mastered before continuing on to the next exercise. Taking this class will ensure that you are doing basic movements safely and efficiently, reducing the chances of injury and increasing your ability to get the full benefit out of our team training classes.

Skill Level: New Members Requiring Assistance with Form
